Job Description:
A company is looking for a CX Technical Representative -
Core.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot Tier 2 technical issues and provide support for
Extended Services
Monitor and triage incoming tickets, escalating as necessary
Mentor junior representatives and contribute to internal
documentation
Required Qualifications:
2-3 years related work experience
Working knowledge of cloud platforms and identity providers (e.g.,
AWS, Okta)
Advanced understanding of web service integrations using REST
API
Basic scripting ability and experience with various programming
languages
Hands-on experience with UNIX/LINUX and Windows-based platforms
