Job Description:
A company is looking for a Capital Markets Executive to manage
their growing portfolio of commercial and industrial solar
projects.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and build relationships with financing partners and market
opportunities
Negotiate deal terms and structure with financing partners
Acquire and sell solar assets while facilitating underwriting and
diligence processes
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in capital markets and capital raising
Strong knowledge of solar project financing structures
Experience with alternative renewable financing structures,
including tax equity
Experience with commercial scale solar projects and larger
renewable portfolios
Advanced degree in a related field preferred
