Job Description:

Our client, a leader in plastics manufacturing, is seeking skilled Plastics Process Technicians to join their team on all shifts. Responsibilities:

Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot injection molding machinery
Start up and adjust molding processes to ensure quality production
Monitor process parameters, cycle times, and part quality
Work with robotic systems (six-axis experience a plus) and end-of-arm tooling
Accurately complete paperwork, including repair orders, PMs, and process change logs
Perform mold setting and machine adjustments as needed
Collaborate with maintenance, tooling, and production teams
Ensure compliance with manufacturing and safety standards
Perform other duties as assigned







Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in plastic injection molding or a related field
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of decoupled molding principles
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
