Job Description:
A company is looking for an Executive Compensation Analyst to
manage long-term incentive programs and support executive
compensation projects.
Key Responsibilities
Support the LTI administration process, including database
maintenance, reporting, and performance analyses
Manage data and prepare SEC-required tables for annual Proxy
submissions
Act as the primary point-of-contact for data-driven questions
related to the long-term incentive program
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of related experience or
an advanced degree without experience
Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (pivot
tables, databases, formulas)
Prior vendor management experience is a plus
Ability to thrive in organizational complexity and ambiguity
Business acumen, integrity, and utmost discretion
