Job Description:
A company is looking for a Scheduling Analyst (Remote) to
develop and deploy workforce management strategies nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
Develop templates and use complex formulas for workforce
management
Analyze trends related to call handle time and call volume to
improve forecasts
Maintain headcount requirements and manage PTO planning and
HR-related activities
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
3-5 years of relevant experience with Workforce Management
methodologies
Expert level experience in call center operations and analytics
Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education
and experience
5+ years of relevant experience is preferred
