Key Responsibilities
Handle claims from travel insurance products and manage customer
inquiries
Provide real-time support for travel-related emergencies and
collect travel intelligence
Collaborate with teams to resolve customer complaints and ensure

Required Qualifications
Proven experience in claims, assistance, or similar roles
