Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits Administration
Implementation Specialist responsible for implementing and
configuring employee benefits administration systems.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients and vendors to gather requirements for
successful implementation
Configure and implement employee benefits administration technology
solutions
Train clients on the software and provide ongoing support as
needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of experience in benefits administration,
preferably in an implementation or consulting role
Strong knowledge of benefits administration software and systems,
with preferred experience with Everything Benefits
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced
environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and
PowerPoint
