Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Adjuster for Workers
Compensation in TX and IL.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage all aspects of workers' compensation claims
from set-up to closure
Conduct timely investigations and mitigate claim exposure while
achieving favorable outcomes
Provide excellent customer service to partners and customers,
ensuring a leading claims experience
Required Qualifications and Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree or
equivalent experience preferred
Minimum of 2 years of workers' compensation claims experience
required
Experience in TX, IA, IL, KS, MI, NJ, OK, PA, WI, and CA
preferred
Knowledge of jurisdictional regulatory and statutory
requirements
Experience in claim adjudication, medical management, and
litigation management
