Job Description:
A company is looking for a Paralegal - Regulatory
Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with state money transmitter applications and bank charter
project requirements
Participate in audits and exams of the company's regulated
entities
Help identify opportunities for efficiencies while escalating
control deficiencies
Required Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college is
preferred
Paralegal certification from an ABA-approved program is a plus
A minimum of three (3) years of paralegal experience in corporate
law
Demonstrated experience in money transmission, banking, payments,
and regulatory compliance
Familiarity with the NMLS system is a plus
