Job Description:
A company is looking for a WordPress Technical Support
Specialist to provide technical support and education to
creators.
Key Responsibilities
Make adjustments on Raptive products across thousands of websites
based on best practices and creator requests
Educate creators on technical concepts and create/update support
documentation
Represent the voice of creators in meetings with Product and QA
teams and escalate bugs/issues
Required Qualifications
Expertise in HTML and CSS
Strong familiarity with WordPress and understanding of custom post
types, hooks, and filters
Basic knowledge of JavaScript for troubleshooting conflicts
Experience with collaboration tools such as JIRA, Google Suite, and
Zendesk
Strong self-discipline and ability to work independently in a
remote environment
