Key Responsibilities
Onboard and orient new employees
Assist in organizing training and development programs

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resource
management, or related field
Fresh graduate or less than 2 years of HR experience in an asset
management firm or investment bank
Strong cultural understanding and communication skills across
multiple geographies
High level of passion, entrepreneurial energy, and personal
initiative
Willingness to work remotely
