Overview
Gallagher Charter Lakes is looking for an Insurance Customer
Service Representative to join their growing team. This is a
full-time hybrid position. The typical working hours are Monday
through Friday from 8am to 5 pm EST. Do you have a passion for

How you'll make an impact
What will you be doing?
* Provides customer service to variety of customers over the
telephone
* Interacts with insureds and explains coverages, updates account
information and processes renewals and cancellations.
* Responsible for the servicing of existing clients-identifying and
assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
* Receives and responds to customer service inquiries both written
and verbal. Follows-up on customer issues, researches problems and
processes documents necessary to ensure a successful resolution.
Provides accurate, valid and complete information by using the
right methods/tools. Handles calls and correspondence that are
predominantly routine but may require some deviation from standard
procedures.
About You
Required:
* High school diploma and a minimum of 1 year of customer service
experience
* Strong typing and basic computer skills
Preferred:
* Working knowledge of MS systems, i.e., MS Excel, MS PowerPoint,
Outlook and MS Word
* Active P/C license or willing to obtain one within the first 90
days of employment.

establishes a positive rapport with every caller
