Reporting Changes:Reports significant changes in the patients mental and/or physical condition, changes in scheduling, complaints or special requests, equipment problems, or patient incidents such as falls, which may have caused injury.Demonstrates good judgment in knowing what information needs to be communicated.Handles communication in a timely manner. Documentation:Maintains daily documentation of patient care provided on appropriate forms.Records patients complaints or changes reported to nurse.Qualifications:Prior training and experience as a Home Health Aide is required with Indiana certification as a Nurse Aide preferred.Conditions of Employment of Inpatient Unit CNAProvide an active auto insurance policy as a licensed driver in the State of Indiana with the proper level of coverage as directedProvide an active drivers licenseMust pass Drug and Background Check.Pass TB testNOTE: The responsibilities of this position are described above, and they may be subject to change at any time due to reasonable accommodations or other reasons.
