Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Physician Recruiter
responsible for recruiting qualified physicians across various
specialties.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively source and identify qualified physician candidates
through various channels
Conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit
of candidates
Facilitate and negotiate employment contracts and coordinate with
credentialing and onboarding teams
Required Qualifications
5+ years of proven experience as a Physician Recruiter
Experience working with organizations or physician groups on a
contract basis is preferred
Strong knowledge of physician recruitment processes and staffing
trends
Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with Greenhouse
strongly preferred
Familiarity with various physician specialties and licensure
requirements
