  • 2yrs required experience in Step down or ICU department
  • BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS are required.
    • Job Requirements
    • Must be AHA.
    • Nursing only Michigan hospitals need their licensure verified through LARA not NURSYs but you will still upload here.
    • Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals.
    • Nursys quick confirm verifications should be completed for all APRN, RNs and LPN/LVNs.
    • Nursys should be used to review ALL license activity in all states, not just the state of placement.
    • Copy of the physical license is not required.

        • Exam and answer key found in Document Library. Agency is required to give and grade the test. Score needs to be 90% or higher with only two attempts.
