Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Certified Pharmacy Technician
- Engagement (Weekdays + Saturday).
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based
environment
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with
medication profiles and inquiries
Perform claim adjudication, auditing duties, and maintain patient
records
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Must be 18+ years of age
High school diploma or GED
Prior experience in a pharmacy setting
Certified with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB)
or the National Health Association (NHA)
Must maintain a pharmacy technician registration with the State
Board of Pharmacy
