Job Description:
A company is looking for a Hmong US Based TI/VRI
Interpreter.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle on-demand calls, facilitating communication between
non-English and English speakers
Maintain professionalism and adhere to industry best practices
during all interactions
Render accurate interpretations while managing the flow of
conversation and following client instructions
Required Qualifications:
Full fluency in English and Hmong
2+ years of professional interpreting experience
Strong understanding of medical terminology and cultural
concepts
Ability to remain neutral and objective during calls
Completion of a training program in the interpreting/language
industry is a plus
