DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analytics developer (Hands on) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence (BI). You will be responsible for creating and managing BI and analytics solutions that turn data into knowledge. In this role, you should have a background in data and business analysis with a strong understanding of the Power BI platform.
Job duties:

• 
  
• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI scripts and integrate them with other technologies.
  
• Create complex data models and calculations with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).
  
• Develop interactive visualizations and reports that provide actionable insights.
  
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data throughout the entire BI process.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver customized BI solutions.
  
• Optimize and maintain existing Power BI reports, dashboards & environment.
  
• Stay current with Power BI updates and new features, as well as advancements in the BI industry.
  
• Conduct user training and create documentation to support BI solutions.
  
  Minimum qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
    
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence.
    
  • Proficient in Power BI development, including data modeling, report and dashboard creation, and DAX.
    
  • Strong understanding of SQL and experience with SQL Server.
    
  • Experience with data warehouse design (e.g., dimensional modeling) and data mining.
    
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
    
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
    
  • Ability to work and manage external vendors activity.
    
    Preferred qualifications:
    
    • 
      
    • Knowledge of other BI tools and analytics software is a plus.
      
    • Certification in Power BI or other BI technologies.
      
    • Experience with Azure services such as Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory, etc.
      
    • Familiarity with other data visualization tools like Tableau or Qlik.
      
    • Experience with Python or R for data analysis and machine learning.
      
    • Knowledge of ETL processes and experience with ETL tools.
