  The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $75,000 -$165,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
  
  Tasks and Qualifications:
  
  What You Will Do In This Role:
  
  • The candidate will be responsible for managing the precommissioning resource function of installation.
  • The role includes the growth, development and sustaining for all PreComm activities related to the business unit needs.
  • This role includes overseeing all resource allocation both Mechanical and Electrical PreComm.
  • Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for assessing the department's capacity to accept new projects, assist with hiring decisions and help train new team members. This role requires a balance of tactical, strategic and leadership initiatives for the current and future needs of the Installation Resources Organization.
    What We Are Looking For:
    
    • 3+ Years Management Experience
    • BS Degree or Additional Years Experience
    • Ideal candidate will have engineering commissioning experience
