Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP of Health Plan Economics to
oversee the development and implementation of financial reporting
and analysis for provider management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the Alignment Provider Management Report (APMR)
for current and expansion markets
Collaborate with various departments to ensure data integrity and
support financial analysis
Oversee staff responsible for APMR services, including training and
performance evaluations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
At least 10 years of experience in financial/data analysis
At least 10 years of managerial experience
Bachelor of Science in Business preferred
Knowledge of CMS payment methodologies and provider contracts
Experience with financial business intelligence tools such as Qlik
Sense and Power BI
