Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Development Manager to oversee
lead generation strategies and optimize lead qualification
processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement lead management strategies aligned with
organizational goals
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize lead
qualification and distribution processes
Establish processes for tracking lead flow metrics and generate
insightful reports using Salesforce
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related
field; Master's degree preferred
5+ years of experience in lead management, demand generation, or
related roles
Adobe Certified Marketo Expert with extensive knowledge of
Salesforce.com CRM
Proven track record in lead scoring and conversion rate
optimization techniques
Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma,
Lean)
