Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Regulatory Compliance to
oversee compliance efforts for licensed entities delivering
Qualified Health Plans.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a Compliance team in regulatory implementation and strategic
operations
Manage the implementation of state and federal regulations in
collaboration with Legal and Government Affairs
Develop long-term compliance strategies that exceed industry
standards
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in a healthcare compliance setting,
including managerial experience
10+ years of experience with HIPAA Privacy
5+ years of experience with state and federal health insurance
statutes and regulations
5+ years of experience preparing reports for boards of
directors
5+ years of knowledge of the regulatory landscape
