Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Workforce Management.
Key Responsibilities
Forecast call volume demand and manage staff scheduling based on
analysis of historical and anticipated volume
Develop and execute a long-term workforce management strategy,
including systems and process development
Monitor real-time contact volume and staffing requirements,
reporting on core performance indicators to senior management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Organizational Leadership, or
related field, or 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a
degree
5+ years of experience in resource/workforce management and
operations in a sales delivery environment
3+ years of experience in a call center environment
2+ years of experience managing a team
Experience in healthcare staffing and scheduling is required
