The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $45,000 - $97,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will Do in this Role:

• Own and execute mechanical engineering scope for material handling systems
• Perform site audits to collect project and solution information
• Complete the design of semi-complex systems that integrate mechanical hardware, controls components, and software
• Provide support for specification and preparation of engineering sketches, manufacture equipment, and layout drawings, with appropriate follow-up
• Follow Purchase Request and Order Entry processes to purchase equipment and release assemblies for manufacturing
• Support on-site installation and engineering commissioning efforts as required
• Work with team members and customer to solve problems and troubleshoot equipment on-site
• Regularly report on project performance including but not limited to: on-time delivery, budget, quality, risks
• Participate in recommending ideas related to productivity improvement, cost reduction and improvement in customer satisfaction
  
  What We are Looking :
  
  
  • BS/BA in Mechanical Engineering or related field of engineering
  • (2-5) years of industry related experience or mechanical engineering experience preferred
  • Knowledge of [Proficient in] CAD design software; AutoCAD, SolidWorks, NX, or similar
  • Experience with MS programs, Word, Excel, TEAMS
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well within a team environment

  • Organization, analytical, reasoning and problem solving
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records
  • Understanding and following directions
  • Working under pressure, meeting inflexible deadlines, and maintaining composure
