BonusesPurpose & Scope: This crucial role will be responsible for
leading the quality team while ensuring the production of
high-quality parts and components through proper measurement and
testing practices.Essential Duties May Include: -- Formatting
quality plans, contract reviews, and launching new products to the
floor-- Providing timely communication and delivery of test reports
to customers-- Investigating and resolving quality issues by
implementing corrective actions-- Developing and controlling
inspection plans for molding and secondary operations-- Supporting
and enforcing the ISO 9001:2015 management system-- Utilizing and
programming the CMM, Micro-Vu, optical comparators, and hand-held
measuring equipment-- Assisting team with all quality tests--
Train, manage, and effectively lead team of quality personnel
Requirements:Three plus (3+) years of Quality Assurance experience
within an injection molding environment Proven experience in
testing plastics injection molding productsBachelors degree or
higher (preferred)Experience with correction actions (8D, 5 Whys,
Fishbone etc.)Previous experience with internal and external ISO
AuditsPrevious blueprint experience and GD&T knowledgeFAI
(First Article Inspection) & PPAP understandingPrior programming
