Job Description:
A company is looking for a OCI Cloud Support Engineer -
Networking.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver post-sales support and solutions to customers, addressing
non-technical inquiries and technical questions
Serve as a technical interface for customers and partners,
resolving installation and maintenance issues related to Oracle
products
Collaborate with service owners to identify and resolve large-scale
issues impacting customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or relevant work
experience
4+ years of experience in Infrastructure or a related field
Experience with network and network security technologies,
including protocols and routing/switching
Proficient in reading and analyzing logs related to network
performance
Relevant certifications from networking vendors such as Cisco,
Juniper, or Palo Alto Networks
