Job Description:
Responsible for underwriting consumer real estate loan
applications across multiple states while ensuring compliance with
credit guidelines and federal regulations.

Analyze credit reports, tax returns, and financial statements to
assess risk and make informed lending decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams, manage loan pipelines, and provide
guidance to junior underwriters.
Strong knowledge of consumer lending policies, financial analysis,
and regulatory compliance is required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in consumer lending or a related
field.
