Job Description:
A company is looking for a Billing Supervisor to lead and scale
their billing team.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor a team of billing, eligibility, and discharge
specialists
Oversee day-to-day billing operations, including patient billing
support and A/R management
Monitor team performance on AthenaHealth and Zendesk platforms,
ensuring compliance with SLAs
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in business administration, health
administration, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare administration or
medical billing
At least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
Minimum of 1-2 years of remote work experience in a similar
role
Experience with AthenaHealth and Zendesk platforms
