Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Director of Equity and
Impact.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement diversity, equity, inclusion, and
accessibility (DEI&A) efforts to advance the organization's
strategy and brand identity
Increase visibility and build brand awareness of DEI&A programs
among key external stakeholders
Oversee internal DEI&A initiatives and collaborate across the
organization to enhance DEI&A efforts
Required Qualifications and Education
At least 7 years of experience in DEI&A leadership roles
focused on education and workforce outcomes
Demonstrated record of building relationships with education and
workforce leaders and policymakers
Experience in mentoring and coaching team members on DEI&A
topics
Proficient in planning and producing various communications,
including presentations and social media content
A bachelor's degree in social sciences, business, or a related
discipline, or equivalent experience
