Manager is responsible for ensuring the overall quality of guest
service and food quality in a Four Diamond fashion, creating an
efficient and professional environment for all guests and staff.
Additionally, you must supervise and coordinate all activities for
Ruth's Chris Steak House restaurant, the management team, and the
restaurant personnel.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for hands-on supervision of the entire Ruth's Chris
front of the house team including managers, sales managers,
servers, server assistants, hosts, and food running.
- Give direction to the Sales manager in the creation and
discovery of events, coordinating all contractual agreements with
the party in accordance with their wishes.
- Oversee the training programs for all staff.
- Assure the highest level of guest standards are met on a daily
basis.
- Maintain consistency in preparing the highest quality of food
and providing superior levels of service.
- Meet regularly with the Ruth's Chris Management team to ensure
fluidity of communication.
- Oversee written correspondence to clients in multiple forms of
communication.
- Analyze client needs and assist them in developing a program
that best meets these needs while making the most efficient use of
hotel facilities.
- Assist other managers on the floor in a management capacity,
demonstrating the ability to manage the restaurant on off days and
cover for vacations as needed.
- Plan menus for clients according to Ruth's Chris food and
beverage standards.
- Arrange meeting requirements, additional rooms needed, VIP
arrangements, audio-visual needs, etc.
- Responsible for adherence to hotel service standards, control
of labor expenses, effective inventory management, scheduling, and
supervision of banquet staff, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Participate in an aggressive hospitality program, greeting all
guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
- Learn and follow all hotel policies and procedures pertaining
to your area of work.
- Practice safety standards and report all unsafe
conditions.
- Provide fast and courteous service to our guests, maintaining a
well-organized work area.
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times as a
goodwill ambassador of the AGPH.
- Responsible for maintaining energy conservation, loss
prevention, and recycling programs.
- Directly responsible for the grooming standards and appearance
of all banquet staff.
- Maintain high levels of sanitation and cleanliness in service
areas.
- Achieve financial objectives and success by continually
building sales and growing a highly profitable restaurant.
- Must be visible in the public space during all meal periods to
ensure guest needs are being met.REQUIRED SKILLS

- Proven track record of managing high volume F&B
establishments.
- Ability to manage multiple outlets.EDUCATION AND
EXPERIENCE
- A four-year degree from an accredited college or university is
preferred.
- 4+ years management experience in a high volume restaurant or
hotel.
- TiPS certified.
- Serve Safe Manager Certified.
- Wine knowledge required.
